Ingredients

12 slices Dark bread

124 gr Smoked cod roe

50 gr White bread crumbs

1 tbs Red onion

2 tbs Lemon juice

0.5 clove Garlic

5 tbs Olive oil

4 tbs Chives

4 tbs Truffle oil/Fresh truffle

Preparation

Making the tarama

Soak the breadcrumbs in water, squeeze them out and blend smooth. Add the fish eggs, together with the onion, garlic, lemon juice and a good pinch of pepper. Mix into a creamy paste and add the olive oil little by little.

Finishing the dish

Grill the bread with some oil. Finely chop the chives. Spread each slice of bread generously with the tarama. Then drizzle with the truffle oil or fresh truffle and garnish with the chives.
