
40 gr Anchovies
12 pieces Brioche
6 Eggs
4 tbs Mayonnaise
1 Lemon
Preheat an oven to 180 degrees.
Lightly coat the brioche with oil and bake in the oven until golden and crispy.
Cook the eggs until hardboiled, peel and slice.
Spread some mayonnaise over the brioche, place 2 slices of egg on top. Sprinkle with fresh black pepper, cover with 2 anchovies and dust with lemon zest.
