400 gr Cashew nuts (or other)
12.5 gr Coarse sea salt
15 gr Egg white
1 tbs Honey
1 ts Apple cider vinegar
Preheat an oven to 150 degrees celsius. Roast the nuts for 20 min.
Meanwhile beat the eggwhites a little before you add the salt, honey and vinegar. Now mix well.
Take the toasted nuts from the oven, coat in the mixture and return to the oven for another 10 min. Then turn of the oven and let the nuts dry out for 3 hours.
