Ingredients

2 Red bell peppers

2 cloves Garlic

2 tbs Sherry vinegar

4 tbs Olive oil

2 Good quality burrata's

4 pieces Sourdough bread

To taste Salt & pepper

Preparation

Burn the peppers on all sides until they are completely blackened. You can do this on a grill, with a blowtorch or even in a dry pan. Then immediatly put them in a bowl and cover, so that the residual heat steams the bell peppers until completely cooked, this might take an hour.

Once cooked, clean the bell peppers by scraping of the black skin and removing the stem and seeds. Cut into strips and place into a bowl with the vinegar, oil and grated garlic. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Allow to marinate for a couple of hours or overnight.

Serve with the burrata and grilled pieces of sourdough. Royally drizzle the sourdough before grilling!
