Ingredients

20 Shrimps

2 tbs Coarse sea salt

8 tbs Mayonnaise

1 tbs Mustard

1 tbs Lemon juice

1 clove Garlic

Preparation

Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice in a small bowl. Grate a clove of garlic into it and season with salt and more lemon juice, if desired. Poach the prawns and cool immediately in ice water. Serve 5 prawns per person with 2 tbs of aioli.
