
100 gr Butter
100 gr Bone marrow (4 canoed bones)
8 cloves Garlic
100 ml Neutral oil
1 tbs Lemon juice
Preheat an oven to 220 degrees celsius.
Clean the bones, drizzle with some oil and season with salt. Cook them in the oven for 20 min. Meanwhile confit the garlic in the neutral oil on a low heat.
Now blend the cooked marrow, garlic and butter together and season to taste with salt and the lemon juice
